  • Once all of the arrangements have been finalized, you will receive a contract via email for you to sign and return with a required deposit of 20%.
  • We will book the musicians once your contract has been signed and your deposit of 20% has been received. Your payment in full must be submitted no later than four (4) weeks prior to your event, or we cannot guarantee the availability of musicians for your date. Payments can be submitted via credit card or personal check.
  • Our musicians will arrive at the event location one hour prior to your event start time.
  • Since we accept payment in advance, there will be nothing else you need to do but enjoy the performance!

We loved the music and you definitely added the special touch! If know anyone looking for entertainment I will definitely suggest you.

Best wishes.

Planning Your Music

Please consider the following aspects of your event. This will help us to better serve you and will aid in ensuring your performance goes smoothly.

  • Do some research into different genres of music.  Ask yourself which of these fits into your idea of the perfect event.
  • If your selection is mostly from the pop genre, we recommend at least two performers.
  • If you have some special pieces you would like performed, it’s helpful to have this information right up front so we can help you select the best ensemble to perform.
  • Any special piece requested that our in-house composer must arrange, or sheet music must be purchased for, will be the financial responsibility of the event holder.
  • If you are planning music for your wedding ceremony, we recommend the following: 1) Thirty (30) minutes of prelude music as your guests are entering  2)One piece for the processional, including the parents/grandparents and the bridal party 3) One piece for the arrival of the bride 4)Determine if there will be music needed for lighting of a unity candle, communion, etc. 5)One piece for the recessional 6)10 minutes of music following the ceremony as your guests are exiting.

Dress Code

Miss Musique requires musicians to be professionally dressed at all events for their entire duration (e.g., tuxedos for men and all-black for women).  Special arrangements can be made for musicians to wear custom attire.
